Returns
Outside the EU: There are no refunds or returns unless the item is defective. In that event, please contact us via sales@nurhektorstudio.com
European Union: You can return your product via 14 days, we don't hand out return labels. If you want to return your product or change size, please contact sales@nurhektorstudio.com
IMPORTANT: DON'T REMOVE ANY TAGS, OTHERWISE WE TAKE AN INDIVIDUAL CHARGE FOR THIS! (BACK POCKET TAGS, HANG-TAGS)
For online purchases with in-studio pick-up, it is mandatory to coordinate in advance with Nur Hektor an exact date and time for pick-up. If you do not claim your order within 10 days after Nur Hektor contacts you by email contact@nurhektorstudio or sales@nurhektorstudio you will lose the right to a refund. In this case, you must choose to pick up the product at the studio or request shipment to a valid address. Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer and transferred to Nur Hektor before shipment.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will carry out an inspection and, if it complies with the return conditions, we will proceed with the refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
If the item is damaged or the return request is made outside of the 14-day period, we will not be able to process the refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items/ custom piece, made to order/ pre order cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@nurhektorstudio.com
Shipping returning (if aplicable)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 70€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Duties and taxes
For orders within the European Union, no customs charges will be applied.
Keep in mind if you order outside the EU there can be variable fees like custom or taxes that you need to pay.
For international shipments outside the EU, duties or taxes may be incurred upon arrival of the order in the destination country. These additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information on possible charges.
